Shipping policy

 

Shipping within the lower 48 United States
Orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free to addresses in the lower 48 United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate based on the order total: $5.00 under $25, $6.50 from $25 to $49.99, and $8.00 from $50 to $74.99. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international orders are calculated at checkout.

Carriers
Common Good ships with UPS and USPS, and with regional carriers such as OnTrac, which let us offer lower rates on many routes. To get your order to you faster or at a lower cost, we may ship with a different carrier than the one shown at checkout. We will always match or beat the delivery speed of the service you chose, and your shipping charge will not change.

Protection and timing
Every shipment is protected up to $100 against loss or damage in transit. We ship orders out in 3 to 5 business days, and the estimated delivery date at checkout is based on 3 days to ship. This may take longer during holidays. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

P.O. Box addresses ship with USPS only.
