What are refill boxes?

Refill boxes are 2.5 gallon bag-in-box packaging that comes with a spigot or pump so you can create your own refill station at home. They're stackable and hold 20 x 16 fl oz refills.

When empty, you can return the liner to us to reuse, creating a closed-loop system for all plastic.

Boxes are made with natural ink on post-consumer cardboard.

Are your products vegan?

Yes they are. Other than our woolen dryer balls which are made from pure New Zealand wool.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $75 within the lower 48 United States. Shipping will be calculated for orders below the free shipping threshold and for other states and territories. We have both inexpensive USPS ground shipping and expedited air shipping available for most products.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with any item purchased from www.commongoodandco.com, we accept returns and exchanges on unused and unopened items within 30 days. To maintain the best possible prices, we do not cover the cost of shipping returns and exchanges unless there is a quality or shipping issue with the product. The limited return window is to ensure the freshest product for all our customers.

Yes it is. All our products are refillable with refill pouches or boxes.

Are your products safe for grey water systems?

Yes, our products are all 100% readily biodegradable. They're safe for septic and grey water systems.
